Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during shipping.
To qualify for a return, you must record an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the product packaging, item condition, and any defects or damages. This video is mandatory for return approval.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, fit, or color preferences are not accepted.
Perishable, personal care, and customized products are not eligible for return unless received with manufacturing defects or damages.
To initiate a return, contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your order details, reason for return, and the mandatory opening video.
Once your return request and video are reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup at your address using our logistics partners, or provide instructions for shipping the product to our returns center.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Returns without the unboxing video or approval will be rejected.
Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item to verify the manufacturing defect.
Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated within 3 working days of receipt.
If the product is found not to have a manufacturing defect or if the required video evidence is missing, the return will be declined and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to share bank details for a NEFT refund. Digital wallet and UPI refunds are also available.
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
If you prefer, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) instead of a refund.
In case of unavailability, a full refund will be issued as per the above policy.
