Delivery Coverage

  • We ship to all major cities and towns across India, covering over 27,000 pin codes via our logistics partners.

  • Pin code information is compulsory at checkout to ensure delivery availability.

  • Orders with incorrect pin codes may be delayed or undeliverable and may incur a re-shipment charge.

Shipping Process

  • Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days after completing necessary quality checks and reviews.

  • Average transit time is typically 3-5 days once dispatched. This may vary based on courier movement and location.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE SHIPPING ABOVE ORDER RS 1500/-  is offered within India on all orders.

  • Flat Shipping Cost Rs. 60/- is applied on all Orders. 

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipment notification by email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of notification.

  • If you face issues locating your shipment, please contact our support team.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. No shipments are dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped on the next working day.

  • Estimated delivery dates at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed, as delivery depends on external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. Ensure someone is present at the address to receive your package.

  • If an order is not delivered after several attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Delays and Resolution

  • Delivery delays due to external circumstances (logistics disruptions, strikes, weather, etc.) are possible.

  • While we strive to resolve issues promptly, returns or refunds may not be processed for delays outside our control. We will coordinate for a satisfactory resolution if delays occur.

  • In cases of material loss in transit, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement or reshipment after 10 days from the incident.

Packaging

  • All shipments are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging for safe transit.

  • Fragile and high-value products receive additional protective packaging.
